Cancel Order
Cancelling stops every future shipment and every future charge. There is no minimum number of shipments and no cancellation fee.

To cancel, call 1 (866) 202-0540 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET) or email support@gethealthmax.com. Either channel cancels future shipments. You do not need to use the form below.
Write “cancel” and your name. Nothing else is required.

What cancelling does
A subscription charges the same price every 32 days until it is cancelled. Cancelling stops future shipments and the charges that go with them. It takes effect as soon as we receive your request, through whichever channel you use, and we confirm it by email within one business day.
An order that has already shipped is not affected by a cancellation. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of your order date. Request an RMA number from our support team before sending anything back, returns without an RMA cannot be credited, and return shipping is at your expense. We do not ask for a reason, and we will not ask you to call in order to undo something you started online.
